We use your data to assess eligibility and submit compensation claims on your behalf; communicate with airlines and, where necessary, courts or enforcement bodies; process payments; improve our service; and comply with legal obligations.

We process your data on the basis of: contractual necessity (to fulfil the claim services you requested); legitimate interests (to detect fraud and improve our service); and legal obligation (where required by law). Where we process sensitive data we rely on your explicit consent.

We share your data only with: the airline(s) involved in your claim; legal representatives and enforcement authorities where required; payment processors; and cloud infrastructure providers under appropriate data processing agreements. We never sell your data.

5. International Transfers

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure adequate protections are in place through Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, and in any event for a minimum of 6 years to comply with applicable statute of limitations periods.
