When do I pay?
Never upfront. Our fee is deducted from the compensation we recover. If we don't win, you pay nothing.
What if the airline settles without going to court?
Most claims are resolved without legal action. In that case, our fee is 10% of the compensation recovered — that's it.
What if my claim requires legal action?
If the airline refuses to pay and we escalate to court, an additional 20% fee applies (total 30%). We cover all court costs upfront — you pay nothing extra out of pocket.
Are there any other fees?
No. Our fee is all-inclusive — tax, administration, correspondence, and legal costs are all covered. There are no surprises.
