How long does a claim take?

Most claims are resolved within 8–12 weeks. Simple cases with cooperative airlines can be settled in as little as 3–4 weeks. Complex cases or those that proceed to legal action may take 3–6 months. We keep you informed throughout the process.

What is your fee?

We operate on a strict no win, no fee basis. If we are unsuccessful, you pay nothing. Our standard fee is 10% (tax included) of the compensation recovered. If legal action is required to win your case, an additional 20% applies (total 30%). There are no upfront costs and no hidden charges.

Yes — time limits vary by jurisdiction. EU countries allow 1–6 years, the UK allows 6 years, Canada 1 year, and the US varies by state. We recommend submitting as soon as possible to preserve evidence.

Airlines often cite 'extraordinary circumstances' (e.g. extreme weather, political unrest, air traffic control strikes) to avoid paying. Can I claim for a connecting flight that I missed?

Yes, if your missed connection was booked on a single reservation and the delay was caused by the airline (not a separate booking you made yourself), you are entitled to compensation based on the total delay to your final destination.
